At NASC GLOBAL, a leading HR Consulting and Management firm, we are looking for an enthusiastic New Client Acquisition Consultant to oversee a 360-desk operation, delivering full recruitment and business development solutions across the Healthcare, Construction, IT, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance sectors.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
This position involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while independently building and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Take the lead in business development initiatives, identifying and connecting with potential clients within the targeted sectors.
- Create customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee client relationships, delivering a full range of services from initial engagement to contract finalization.
- Conduct thorough market research to remain informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive dynamics, ensuring effective positioning of our services.
- Attend industry networking events and utilize forums to generate leads, establish credibility, and grow the client base.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify future hiring needs.
- Lead the entire recruitment process, from acquiring clients and briefing job requirements to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and following up after placements.
- Collaborate with clients to identify specific hiring needs and create customized recruitment strategies that align with their organizational goals.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including industry-specific job boards, social media, and networking opportunities, to cultivate a strong talent pipeline.
- Perform candidate assessments, facilitate interviews, and manage the offer process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and candidates alike.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey.
- Provide clients with expert insights into market conditions, hiring strategies, and candidate expectations, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Build connections with academic institutions, professional associations, and other relevant networks to enhance recruitment and business development objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Demonstrated experience managing a 360-desk in recruitment, focusing on Healthcare, Construction, IT, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to autonomously manage end-to-end recruitment and business development.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, candidate placement, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing platforms.
