This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to patient care through accurate laboratory testing and analysis.


Position Overview: The Medical Technologist will perform laboratory tests, including blood sampling and immunoassays, and manage data to ensure accurate test results. This role includes conducting phlebotomy procedures, managing blood banking procedures, and performing diagnostic imaging procedures as required.

The Medical Technologist will also assist in interpreting test results while maintaining aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during lab procedures.



Compensation: Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, reflecting a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this critical role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests including blood sampling, immunoassays, and data management.
  • Use laboratory techniques to analyze samples and ensure accurate test results.
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures for blood collection.
  • Manage blood banking procedures, ensuring proper handling and storage of blood products.
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures like CT scans as required.
  • Assist in interpreting test results using a thorough understanding of anatomy and laboratory practices.
  • Maintain aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during lab procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology and laboratory protocols.

Desired Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in laboratory procedures, including assay techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Desired Certifications:
  • Certification with M (ASCP) or AMT is required.
  • Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., blood banking, microbiology) are a plus.
