Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Actively participate in the design process using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, while mentoring junior engineers.
- Conduct site assessments, prepare technical reports, and provide expert guidance on project specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and team members to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Team management experience with the ability to lead and actively design using CAD.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to run a team.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant California codes and regulations.
