Compensation and Benefits: Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this vital role.

Key Responsibilities: The Sales Engineer position includes a diverse range of duties, such as:
  • Familiarizing oneself with the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cooling tower systems.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain new clients.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads.

Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience and connections in the cooling tower industry.
  • Proven sales experience with axial fan blades used in cooling towers within high-temperature industries.
  • Ability to assemble and lead a dedicated team, essential for supporting the division’s growth and laying a foundation for the company’s long-term success.

Qualifications:
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in cooling tower projects or water treatment-related work (focused on large-scale power plants or petrochemical corporations), including design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with cooling tower principles and common issues, along with the capability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, demonstrating effective resource allocation, budget management, and adherence to timelines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and training teams, with a focus on motivating team members and enhancing performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge and experience in business development, marketing, and sales projects.
  • Experience in managing environmental and energy-saving projects.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies, trends, and competitive products in the industry.

Desired Technical Skills: (Not Required)
  • Proficiency in the design and operation of cooling tower systems, including various types (e.g., mechanical, evaporative).
  • Understanding of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics as they relate to cooling processes.
  • Experience with control systems and instrumentation for monitoring and optimizing cooling tower performance.
  • Familiarity with software tools for modeling and simulation of cooling systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations regarding cooling tower design and operation.
  • Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues related to cooling tower efficiency and performance.
  • Competence in energy-saving technologies and sustainable practices within cooling tower operations.
