Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of land development design experience, including grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of California.
- Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of local zoning and development regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
