Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $56,000 to $80,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care Delivery: Provide direct and indirect care to critically ill patients using the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Care Planning: Develop and update nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Patient Monitoring: Communicate significant changes in patients’ conditions to Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and other team members as necessary.
Discharge Planning: Participate in the development of effective discharge plans, ensuring seamless care transitions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Required License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Alabama.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Advanced knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Certifications:

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
