NASC GLOBAL, a leading HR consulting and management firm, is conducting a confidential search for our esteemed client for an experienced  and high-performing Trial Attorney Manager to work onsite in Corpus Christi, TX. The annual salary compensation range for the role is $180,000- $200,000.
 

Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney Manager to join their esteemed team in Corpus Christi, TX. As the proclaimed largest personal injury firm in Texas, they prioritize quality over quantity, and they are looking for a candidate who shares this vision. 

In this pivotal role, you will utilize your extensive trial experience—preferably in personal injury—and your strong leadership skills to effectively guide litigation teams. Your expertise in managing trial lawyers and navigating complex litigation processes will be crucial in ensuring thorough case preparation and development. The firm embraces a tech-forward approach, equipping you with advanced software to streamline case management and enhance client service.
 

Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD): A law degree from an accredited law school. 
  • State Bar License: Active membership in the State Bar of Texas, allowing the attorney to practice law in Texas.
  • Federal Court Admission: Admission to practice in federal courts, which may include the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and other relevant federal jurisdictions.
  • Trial Experience: At least 10 years of trial experience, ideally with a focus on personal injury.
  • Management Skills: Demonstrated experience managing trial lawyers and litigation teams, alongside a solid understanding of leadership principles.
  • Litigation Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of litigation processes, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
  • Tech Proficiency: Ability to effectively utilize advanced case management software to enhance team efficiency.

  • Advanced Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of personal injury law and effective trial strategies.
  • Mentorship Capability: Experience in mentoring and developing junior attorneys and trial teams.
