Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $25.00 to $27.00 hourly, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance, such as lubrication, part adjustments, and scheduled servicing.
Inspect equipment to identify excessive wear, defects, or damage, and carry out necessary repairs to maintain optimal functionality.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, materials, and parts used.
Follow safety guidelines and GMP standards consistently in all tasks.
Read and follow technical manuals and blueprints for operating and setting up new machinery.
Monitor and report inventory needs to management.
Attend off-site and on-site training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

Maintenance experience in one of the following: 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing, OR 2 years in aircraft, agriculture, or military maintenance, OR 3 years in automotive maintenance.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch throughout shifts, and lift up to 70 pounds.
Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (from -10°F to 105°F) with potential slippery surfaces.
Proficiency in basic computer skills to complete training and tasks.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Additional Information:

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour; up to $30.00 with ammonia certification.
Retention Bonus: $2,500 at 90 days and an additional $2,500 at one year.
Shift Schedule: Fixed shifts with overtime and weekend work as required.
