Overview:

We are pleased to offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus for this position! The Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in MedSurg will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during the night shift. This role involves working under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director to plan, provide, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care.
The RN will employ the nursing process to facilitate individualized, goal-directed care in accordance with hospital policies.
Effective collaboration with other shifts and departments is crucial to ensure continuity of care and maintain positive relations across the organization.
Participation in educational activities is also expected to ensure best practices are upheld.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $63,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this critical role.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive nursing care following established patient care philosophy and hospital policies.
Nursing Process: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Education: Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with best practices and advancements in nursing.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
