NASC GLOBAL is seeking a Business Sales Consultant: Team Lead to manage and guide a team of Business Solutions Consultant team.

Position Overview:
In this leadership role, you will oversee a group of talented interns focused on recruitment, client relationship management, and business development. Your mission will be to mentor and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results, ensuring that they are not only gaining valuable experience but also contributing directly to our clients’ success.


As the Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding your interns through their learning journey while also contributing to the strategic growth of our business. This role requires a combination of leadership, sales expertise, and an ability to coach and develop others, ensuring that your team thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead a team of Business Solutions Interns, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them develop their skills in recruitment, sales, and client management.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for your team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with interns to discuss their progress, provide feedback, and support their career development.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, motivating your team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Identify training and development needs within the team and proactively address any gaps in knowledge or performance.
Sales & Client Relationship Management
  • Lead by example, engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored recruitment and sales solutions.
  • Guide your team in prospecting, cold-calling, and developing client relationships to support our business growth.
  • Support interns in managing and nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Help your team develop the skills needed to manage client meetings, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Recruitment & Candidate Engagement
  • Oversee your team’s candidate sourcing and interview process, ensuring high standards in candidate evaluation and fit.
  • Ensure that interns are developing strong talent pipelines by using job boards, social media, and other tools to find qualified candidates.
  • Monitor and support daily candidate interviews, ensuring your team is evaluating candidates effectively and maintaining a strong focus on client needs.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and report on team performance, ensuring that goals are met and providing regular updates to senior management on intern progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback on both individual and team performance to help drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and take proactive steps to address challenges.
Ongoing Learning & Development
  • Lead regular team meetings to share successes, discuss challenges, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Help your team stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment and sales techniques, business development strategies, and industry trends.
  • Participate in training sessions and provide coaching to develop your leadership skills and stay current in your industry knowledge.

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Sales and Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales, recruitment, or client management processes, with a keen interest in driving business success.
  • Proven Track Record in Sales: Experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to engage with clients and team members alike.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Able to assess situations, make decisions, and guide your team through challenges to reach success.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, Team-Oriented Mindset: A natural leader with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Bilingual Abilities: Proficiency in Spanish, French, Vietnamese, Russian, or another language is a plus.
