Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Licensed Social Worker - LSW or LCSW for our client, located in Honolulu, HI, 96812.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $72,200 - $84,900, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares and evaluates assessments, development, and implementation of social work service plans.
Conducts psychosocial assessments, formulates diagnostic impressions, and provides treatment for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on the prevention of emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders and assessing the effectiveness of interventions.
Utilizes a strong knowledge base, theoretical frameworks, functional skills, and core social values to facilitate changes in behavior, emotional well-being, and social circumstances.
Aims to enhance or restore personal and social functioning.
Engages in case management, coordination, intervention, and monitoring of social work service plans related to personal, social, or economic challenges.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii) or Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii).
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification required upon hire from the American Heart Association.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
