Position Overview:
Our client is a mid-size firm offering integrated architecture and interior design services, delivering projects across diverse markets in the U.S. They seek a licensed Senior Architect to lead their project teams in creating intentional, innovative spaces that bring their clients' visions to life.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural design for projects, utilizing the full resources of the firm.
  • Oversee project coordination, including analysis, programming, scheduling, and establishing objectives.
  • Ensure construction documents are accurate and reflect contract scope and design intent; coordinate technical details from vendors and clients.
  • Conduct building code reviews with appropriate agencies and review progress with clients.
  • Manage project design schedules, design fee budgets, and construction budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Principal-in-Charge to oversee project agreements and manage construction bidding processes.
  • Provide mentorship and act as a resource for the design staff.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience post-licensure.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, ideally in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience with projects exceeding $10MM in construction value is preferred.
  • NCARB certification is a plus.
