Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design for projects, utilizing the full resources of the firm.
- Oversee project coordination, including analysis, programming, scheduling, and establishing objectives.
- Ensure construction documents are accurate and reflect contract scope and design intent; coordinate technical details from vendors and clients.
- Conduct building code reviews with appropriate agencies and review progress with clients.
- Manage project design schedules, design fee budgets, and construction budgets.
- Collaborate with the Principal-in-Charge to oversee project agreements and manage construction bidding processes.
- Provide mentorship and act as a resource for the design staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience post-licensure.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Experience with projects exceeding $10MM in construction value is preferred.
- NCARB certification is a plus.
