Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily management of production practices, including raw material handling, sanitation, and food safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with Client FSQA policies and government regulations.
- Develop and maintain HACCP and SSOP-based inspection programs.
- Confirm finished products meet customer and label specifications.
- Report product quality and audit findings to plant and corporate management.
- Interface with customers for product demonstrations, plant tours, and quality audits.
- Conduct research, sanitation training, and quality-related investigations.
- Supervise FSQA team members, including selection, training, and development of FSQA Supervisors and Technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years in a food manufacturing leadership role, including at least 2 years in FSQA supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOP regulations.
Desired Skills:
- HACCP certification.
- Hands-on FSQA management experience, ideally in a prepared foods plant.
- Advanced computer skills and SAP experience.
