Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $84,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions, identify potential issues, and implement suitable interventions to improve health outcomes.
• Administer medications, conduct specimen collection, and perform wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and family members to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to interventions.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Communicate effectively with all shifts to ensure continuity of care and participate in educational activities as required.
• Advocate for the emotional and physical well-being of patients, addressing both immediate and long-term healthcare needs.

• At least 1.5 years of experience in bedside nursing.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid GA RN License or Multistate License (MSL).

• Experience managing a 4:1 or 6:1 patient ratio.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
