Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, enforce, and update Quality Control plans to enhance performance using ISO 9001:2015 standards, while ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards across all areas.
- Establish program objectives and performance goals, regularly assessing progress.
- Develop operational metrics and key indicators for process control and ongoing quality improvements.
- Conduct root cause and corrective action analyses to address any quality issues.
- Perform additional relevant duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within an industrial or technical environment.
- At least 3 years of experience related to International Organization for Standard (ISO) programs or operations, which may overlap with the quality control experience.
- Knowledge of safety standards and experience in managing environmental issues.
- Proficient in maintaining a quality management system in accordance with applicable ISO standards.
- Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.
- Valid driver’s license without special restrictions.
