As our Business Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving sales initiatives and fostering lasting client relationships. If you are driven by results and enjoy a consultative sales approach, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential sales leads through market research, industry networking, and leveraging existing relationships to drive business growth.
  • Client Proposal & Presentation: Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, effectively communicating the value proposition of the firm’s services and securing new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling to expand revenue streams.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track progress toward targets, and provide regular performance reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Strategic Consultation: Offer consultative advice to clients, addressing their unique challenges and providing HR solutions that drive organizational success.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or consulting role is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite; strong presentation skills.
  • Certifications: Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French is essential.
  • Other Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients.
